I have several ‘psimon’ processes that a) I cannot force kill, b) cannot find its executable anywhere on the drive, c) can’t locate a dnf package that contains them.
What are they? How can I not have them?
you can find out what psimon is with a quick google search for that term on linux.

Adding psi=0 to your kernel command line will prevent them from being created.
