Try experimenting with the scaling. Try 100% and 200% does that change the font issue?

100% scaling does make the fonts look slightly better, although they are still bugged. I would prefer my current (default) scaling, it’s the best for me. I messed with every setting here, turning on and off Anti-Aliasing, range exclusion, trying every single rendering and hinting. Nothing made any …

It could also be a problem with the font hinting. Have you tweaked any settings before relating to things like font aliasing or subpixel geometry?
