Running F35 on laptop. For at least a week, I have been unable to either update or upgrade.
Curl error (28): Timeout was reached for https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org/metalink?repo=fedora-35&arch=x86_64
Pasting that link into a browser also fails.
What can I do?
Not that you want to hear this, but “works for me!”
Can you reach https://mirrors.fedoraproject.org? Should redirect to Home - MirrorManager where you should find all the Fedora releases including 35, and x86_64 as the last link on the table row.
Yes, that page loads (rarely) and redirects as you say.
But most of the time I get " **admin.fedoraproject.org took too long to respond.**"
Maybe I’ll try a different network (I’ve been at a customer’s site where I spend a LOT of time and have never had an upgrade issue before)
