Unable to start Fedora 38 upgrade - All mirrors 404

Hey so I’m not sure what’s going on, but whenever I try to upgrade my Fedora 37 installation to Fedora 38, I find that all the mirrors respond with 404 for whatever the updater is trying to fetch.

This happens both with GNOME Software, and with dnf system-upgrade. For the DNF option, I get errors in the following format for every mirror that it tries using:

Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'updates':
  - Status code: 404 for https://fedora.mirror.digitalpacific.com.au/linux/updates/38/Everything/x86_64/repodata/bb4127ab02a2734c4f0f2b047f588259e37969cc444754d6a91f186ed9960cf1-filelists.xml.zck (IP: 101.0.120.90)

I’m not sure exactly what could be causing this, is my Fedora install trying to look in the wrong place on the webserver, or have these mirrors not got the required files yet? Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like a similar problem:
Unable to upgrade to Fedora 38 due to missing repodata on 'all mirrors'

Please try it again. I did put the link you posted in the browser and it loaded the file down.
