I’ve been using Fedora for about 4 months now, and I’m loving it (I switched from dual-boot to fully Linux yesterday). However, I keep getting these GLib errors even after reinstall (information below is from GNOME Logs).
GLib-GObject: g_object_unref: assertion 'G_IS_OBJECT (object)' failed
GLib-GIO-CRITICAL: g_bus_get_sync: assertion 'error == NULL || *error == NULL' failed
This happens everytime I boot into a GNOME session. Help is very appreciated.

Hi, I also have same error messages from journalctl
with Fedora Workstation F35, but I can’t recall since when. But with Fedora Rawhide F36 It’s already gone .
I think if everything working fine with our daily use, we can safely ignore the messages.

May be we can test it out.
I have 2 user accounts in my system. It show each time we logout and login to other user.
The other things, if we run journalctl -b 0 | grep "\[PID-Number\]"
, in my case the PID is 1083 then journalctl -b 0 | grep "\[1083\]"
I get:
[testcase@fedora ~]$ journalctl -b 0 | grep "\[1083\]"

Feb 04 13:43:02 fedora gnome-session-binary[1083]: Entering running state
On the last part there a message Entering running state
. I’m not sure, but maybe at the end everything just run normally.
I think it related to services or apps launching each time we login to session. But as I said before if everything running normally in current session, it should be ok.
