Top Bar transparent in Fedora 34 after the new update, how do I switch back to solid black?

Top bar used to be black till yesterday and after the new update they made it transparent with some margins and I don’t like it honestly. How do I go back to the solid top bar and also remove the margins?

P.S - I installed Fedora 34 (my first Linux) 3-4 days back so apologies if this is trivial.

Hi @oryon , welcome to the forum. Please do take a look at the introductory posts in the #start-here category if you haven’t had a chance yet.

Can you please note the version of Gnome Shell that you are using?
I’m on the latest that’s available in Fedora and the top bar here has not changed at all. So it’s likely to be an extension or theme that you are using.
So, can you please create a new user and see what the bar looks like too?

$ rpm -q gnome-shell
gnome-shell-40.2-1.fc34.x86_64
