My laptop have a trouble: system is not working normally after 2-3 minutes after boot. I don’t know why it doesn’t work but I think this should be fixed without deinstalling system. My OS is Fedora Workstation 40.

My system cannot starts programs and I can’t power off, reboot and log off from system by itself
