Black screen after log in | Dual Boot | Windows

I should start off by mentioning that I am dual-booting with windows. Whenever I log in after booting, it immediately takes me to a black screen where I cannot move my mouse, open terminal, or do really anything. After waiting for about 90 seconds, it takes me to the log in screen again where I put in my password and am finally let into Fedora. Is there a way to fix this?
