Hello everyone, after switching to Fedora 40 KDE from Pop!_OS 22.04, noticed slow Wi-Fi speed. NIC is Mediatek MT7921, my internet speed is 150Mbps and on Windows the speed is exactly 150Mbps when checking on speedtest.net, but on Linux it hardly gets 100Mbps to the same server. Any thoughts?
had the same issue here! Have you tried with sudo dnf install linux-firmware? I installed it and then rebooted fedora. As a result I have faster internet speed than before on windows 11. reason? I have no idea but I solved the issue XD
