As the title says, I have a second display hooked up to my VGA port, and it shows nothing.
Sometimes when I mouse over I can see the cursor, but that’s about it. During boot I can see the logo just fine, but once I’m prompted to log in, the screen just goes black. The display menu shows the monitor’s there and I can change its position/resolution etc. I just installed Fedora 38 and I’ve never had this issue before, neither on Windows or Ubuntu based distros.
When you move mouse to the 2nd monitor can you right click and setup its background?
Do you know what type and version GPU is installed.?
If you are able to boot the machine and have it function the output of inxi -Fzxx
would assist us by showing all the hardware in use along with the fedora version and kernel in use.
