Fedora 38 doesn't recognize second monitor

Hello everybody.
First time Linux user here, switched to Fedora from Windows 10 and running into some problems.
My second monitor is not getting recognized. I thought it was maybe due to driver issues. Followed a guide on the internet on how to install Nvidia drivers on Fedora which bricked my system two times, didn’t boot anymore after the reboot at the end to finish the process.
I also think that - next to my second monitor not being recognized - my main monitor’s max refresh rate is not being used (it’s a 144hz monitor but doesn’t feel like it’s set to 144hz currently).
Can anybody help me troubleshoot this and set my second monitor up?
My inxi -Fzxx, since I saw this being requested on other threads regarding troubleshooting issues on Linux:

Regarding currently installed drivers:

[gabriel@fedora ~]$ dnf list installed '*nvidia*'
Installed Packages
nvidia-gpu-firmware.noarch 20230625-151.fc38 @updates

Also:

[gabriel@fedora ~]$ dmesg | grep secure
[ 0.000000] secureboot: Secure boot enabled
[ 0.004579] secureboot: Secure boot enabled

Thanks in advance!

Had to disable Secure Boot and then download the drivers with

sudo dnf install akmod-nvidia xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-cuda

Hope this can help someone who encounters this problem in the future!
