I get the error below when installing open-pdk-skywater after upgrading to Fedora 41:

Repositories loaded.
Failed to resolve the transaction:
Problem: conflicting requests
  - nothing provides python(abi) = 3.12 needed by open-pdk-skywater-python3-0.0.0-20230529.1.git7198cf64.fc39.noarch from copr:copr.fedorainfracloud.org:rezso:VLSI
You can try to add to command line:
  --skip-broken to skip uninstallable packages

Python 3.12 is installed but the default version is Python 3.13.

bash-5.2$ python --version
Python 3.13.0
bash-5.2$ python3.12 --version
Python 3.12.7
