I had the same Issue, and then one nice day, it worked again 
What i made is, i played around with the power settings.
First I would test option in Settings > Power > Power-saving Options
Then check what the > Power Button Behavior is set on. If it is on Suspend try to set it on > Power Off alias > Noting to see if this changes something.
