Problem with Flatpak apps and Path in Silverblue

Hi there,

When I am trying to update Signal using “Software” I received this message:

Unable to update “Signal Desktop”: Path does not exist.

How can I fix this problem and avoid it in the future?

Thank you for your help.

When we have issues with Software doing flatpak updates, we can use the terminal to run flatpak update .

Thank you,

I use the terminal, and command that you suggested and apparently the update was completed.
However, when I am trying to use a Flatpak App like Audacious (a media player) I cannot see all the directories in the home folder. I only can see Home/Downloads. For this reason I think that I somehow miss-configured something. See the screenshot for more references:

Flatseal can manage flatpak permissions.

Thank you!
Flatseal was an easy fix.
