I have installed fedora kde. system apps print without problems, but google chrome installed via rpmfusion not printing
I am not sure where you got google chrome, but it is never installed from rpmfusion.
fedora allows the user to enable the google-chrome repo and install the google-chrome-stable package from there.

That’s exactly how it’s installed, I wrote it incorrectly
I don’t have chrome installed at the moment but use vivaldi that is based on chrome. When I hit print on a page it normally will save it as a pdf and they I can print from that. Give that a try.
I use chrome and when I want to print a page from there I use ctrlp to print the displayed page.
Another possibility is to install chrome as a flatpak and see if that works for you.
I reinstall system and problem dissapear
