I upgraded Fedora, and now Pluma takes 2 min to start up.
How can I troubleshoot the root cause?

Does it happen every time you try to open a file, or only once per reboot?

I can’t find a pattern. Sometimes it’s quick, other times it takes a long time.

The root of that problem is system resolver, which is not limited to VPN users.
