PCI ethernet and wifi stopped connecting in fedora 33

recently upgraded to Linux fedora 5.11.18-200.fc33.x86_64 and my wifi and ethernet stopped working.
It says PCI Ethernet connecting and doesn’t connect
I am curerntly using the USB ethernet to connect to the internet.
I have tried restarting network manager and checked whether it works in previous two kernel versions.

can someone help

  1. You can roll back to the last kernel. Just keep hitting ESC on boot up, and you should see an option for it.
  2. What kernel version did it last work in?
  3. Do you know the model of your PCI Ethernet adapter? Have you had to install any external drivers for it in the past, or has it just worked out of the box?
  4. Does kernel 5.12 fix the issue?
