Pano Clipboard manager died after upgrading F39 to F40 (WS)

Someone on here recommended Pano Clipboard manager, it’s excellent and I rely on daily.
Unfortunately I just upgraded to F40 (to try to resolve browser installation problems), and since then I noticed Pano is not running, in Extension Manager it says ‘disabled as not compatible’.

Does anyone know if there is a fix for this? I am totally lost without clipboard history!
thanks

Extensions have to be updated as applications. Gnome deactivates the extension if there is not a update available.

Pano - Clipboard Manager - GNOME Shell Extensions

If you relay on it, ask if you could sponsor it to lift to Gnome 46

Otherwise a good practice is, to check if your software you relay on, is ready for the next higher Version. In such a case, sating on old-stable would make sense.

Does this mean it will show up in Software (updates) when/if there is an update available?
thanks

It will show up as a message that there are updates for an extension and clicking on it brings you to the extensions manager.
