One by Wacom with fedora 42

After upgrade (clean install) to f42 (x11) i cannot use my tablet just on one monitor. I have two monitors and with f41 (x11) i could map the tablet just on one monitor.
Now with f42 (x11), even though i have selected map to one monitor it is actually mapped to both of them.

Does anyone have the same problem?

I have the same problem here, running Gnome on X11 on a Thinkpad X1 Tablet. Fedora 40 and older used to automatically remap wacom devices (at least for Tablet PCs) to stick to the built-in display when connecting an external monitor, but the feature appears broken in Fedora 42, even with the (new?) “map to monitor” option in the Graphics Tablet panel of the gnome settings app.
You can manually remap using commands such as “xinput map-to-output 15 eDP-1” (replace 15 by the id of your wacom device as given by “xinput list”, repeat once for each device, and replace eDP-1 by the id of your monitor as given by “xrandr”). But it’s a pain to have to do this manually each time one connects/disconnects the external monitor.

thank you for sharing.
eventually we will have to use wayland. I use x11 because i need to share screen in Element (matrix) and i am a fan of Flameshot.
