Nvidia graphics card driver issues - integrated graphics being used instead

can anyone else make sense out of this for me, so i have followed this guide for my current linux distro (fedora 41) Howto/NVIDIA - RPM Fusion, which worked when i plug the display port cable into my gpu it does display and at the correct 1440p 180 Hz. but when looking at resources (the gnome application Resources – Apps for GNOME) the integrated graphics seems to be whats being used.
confirmed when using furmark, the integrated graphics is what increases in both temperature and usage but the 1050 ti my gpu in this case does not.
but when using furkmark p1440 it says im using the 1050 ti, but when using the normal “run” mode the taskbar says amd integrated graphics.
plus the gpu fan isn’t even spinning when im using either furmark mode yet its temperature never increases.
anyone know why this is happening? in resources the gpu is being used but never goes above 4% which for a 1050 ti at 1440p 180Hz i highly doubt it could do that even idle.
in addition i can’t seem to access the bios via my gpu port. i could before when i tested it downstairs but now i can’t.

i also have a screen recording off what im describing but i can’t seem to upload it, oh and sorry if the formatting is weird i copy and pasted from discord

[Edit]: just adding this in as an afterthought this is my system details:

Have you tried using switcherooctl to select the gpu being used?
