I am assuming that you are using Fedora 44. You can confirm for us what hardware is available by running one command (inxi -ezxx) then copy and paste the result here as preformatted text using the </> button on the toolbar. You may need to install inxi to use that command.
If you are using fedora 44 you may need to follow the instructions here to install the proper driver for the nvidia GTX 1060 GPU. When fedora upgraded from f43 to f44 the nvidia driver was also upgraded from the 580 version to the 595 version (and now the 610 version). The 580 driver is the last to support the GTX 1060 GPU.
I note that the video you linked was created about a year ago when fedora was at version 42 and it is no longer up to date for fedora 44.
