Nord VPN launched Post Quantum Encryption to Linux

this is awsome news since NordVPN 3.19 came out and Linux is first one to get Post-Quantum VPN encryption other platforms will come later. lets test and see how it affects speeds and does it have too much overhead, but as i think tighter encryption is needed on many ways

PQE only affects key exchange. So it should only be used at connection time to start the VPN and when it re-keys.
