New install - Lenovo Legion 9 - No sound from laptop speakers

I had earlier issues but I fiddled with things a bit before reaching out, so here is another stab, thanks in advance for any help / advice.

I installed Fedora 41 KDE spin on a new Lenovo Legion 9

I have no sound from the laptop speakers, The headphone jack and usb devices work.
