New Fedora 40 Install (KDE Plasma) No sound

All;

I have a new Lenovo Legion 9 and I installed Fedora 40 KDE spin, and I cannot get the built in speakers to work

when I play music or a youtube video I see the device pulsating like its playing in the volume control in the plasma panel, and in the sound section is system settings. I have changed the device from analog to pro audio but no luck.

Below is an output from “# inxi -Fzxx”, thanks in advance for any help

Note that I edited your post to add the preformatted text tags (with the </> button from the toolbar) so it is formatted as seen on-screen.

I note that one of your audio devices is a Device-3: Lenovo ThinkPad Thunderbolt 4 Dock USB Audio
What happens if you disconnect that dock?

If I boot without connecting the dock I get the same behavior, only difference is that the dock device does not show up
