At the moment I use Fedora Linux 41 Workstation on my Desktop.
Is it possible to install the new Fedora Plasma Workstation next to it (dual install) ?

Dual booting with 2 fedora versions on the same machine seems problematic. It requires intimate management of grub and often may require using the bios boot menu to select which installation is to be booted.
It is possible to use both DEs on the same installation but that presents its own config issues.
