I want to try creating a Windows 11 VM in my Fedora 40 Plasma KDE OS, but everytime I do I keep seeing this message when I want to go through with the VM installation. Am I doing something wrong?
Windows 11 requires TPM and UEFI, you need additional packages to make it work. From your screenshot, you seem to be using GNOME Boxes. There are some articles on the internet for installing Windows 11 on it:

With libvirt using the virt manager you can do so easily
On the last screen before beginning the actual install when using VMM there is a check box for additional configuration. If you check that it opens the config window where you can select the bios as UEFI with TPM. The install then went smoothly for me.
