It looks like you reported it less than 24 hours ago. I would say leave it a week or two before you can say it isn’t getting traction.

I might be used to jank, but I had to re-watch those videos a couple of times to see what the problem was 
I’d disable compositing (if possible), or try disabling animations.
how do i disable compositing
In KDE Settings try searching compositor; iirc if it can be disabled it’ll show and might be under/need a keyboard shortcut, but it might not be shown for Wayland (I think it was there for X11 Plasma 6)
nothing shows up when i search for compositor
i look in the shortcuts tab there isn’t any shortcut related to compositing
