just updated and got lots of errors on F41

Even though you have only been on the forum a couple weeks, that should have been long enough to have seen some of the many posts about mirrors that are sometimes out of sync.

If the upgrade fails simply wait a while then try your update again.

All those information messages seem to indicate one specific mirror is not yet updated with newly released updates. This means nothing in the full scheme of things if the upgrade continues and properly downloads the packages from a different repo mirror (as is normally the case). It will tell you if it fails to complete downloading all the packages.
