Migrating sponsorship wiki page

I just pushed a commit that adds a minimal sponsorship page to the project docs. (I meant to create a PR for discussion, but forgot to branch first. There are no links to this page, though, so we can leave it for now, I guess.) The goal is to replace the outdated Sponsorship wiki page.

This is an update to reflect reality, not a policy change, so I’m not going to put it to a vote. But if you see any major issues, let me know in the next few days. I’ll set the redirect in the wiki on Monday. (And maybe add it to the bottom of the Get Involved page).

I do not. :slight_smile: I am not convinced that sembr is good on balance. If we collectively decide to make it our style, then I will not stand in the way.

I like the content additions, though. I’ll include those before I set up the redirect.
