We have the #fedora-neuro IRC channel on Libera here:

I logged in to the Fedora Matrix homeserver and didn’t see a corresponding Matrix room for us. Would someone know what the process for requesting a new room there that is bridged to the Libera channel is please?
Like other rooms, the IRC room is bridged to the “default” matrix room server here but it’ll be much nicer to have it on the Fedora nameserver 
We don’t have a process yet really except all of the existing rooms with bridges should already be done. This one must have just gotten missed. @nb can do it when he gets a chance — he’ll need to be admin in the existing room.

He’ll need admin on the matrix side too to change its primary address.
