Lenovo To Begin Shipping ThinkPad Laptops With Fedora Pre-Installed

Atlease 1 person has encountered a not so well experience with Support. They sold them the laptop with Fedora, but Support team said they do not “Support” Fedora. . .

Unresponsive keyboard on Lenovo X1 — possible ACPI error

Unfortunately, this problem continues to happen sporadically. I reached out to Lenovo (through the standard service request line) and they could not offer any help. Apparently they do not support Fedora even though they sold me the computer with Fedora on it. Do you know of any other method of contacting Lenovo?
