I have been using a second thumbdrive to hold the kickstart file used to build my systems. This works great and now I would like to extend what I use this OEMDRV thumbdrive for.
Looking at driverdisc and driver updates documentation I think I should be able to drop rpms onto the OEMDRV in the correct path and use them in the %packages
section.
So far I have not been successful.
Ssh’ing into anaconda and poking around does not result in any clues. It is as if anaconda never attempted to look for them. But anaconda does find and use the ks.cfg. Does fedora support rpms on a driver update disk?
Contents of the OEMDRV:
ks.cfg
rhdd3
rpms
rpms/x86_64
rpms/x86_64/mysuperspecialstuff-1.0-1.fc41.noarch.rpm
