I need help . I have reinstalled the NVIDIA drivers multiple times, and I even removed them completely, but the problem still persists.
The issue, in short, is that when I log in, a black screen appears.

Are you using the rpmfusion nvidia drivers?
Do you have secure boot enabled?
If so did you setup the securew boot signing keys?
I can see from the screen shot that the nvidia drivers are not built for the kernel you are booting.
Assuming you have the rpmfusion drivers installed maybe you did not wait long enough for them to build. Try doing this:
sudo akmods --force --rebuild
Does that succeed? If not what errors do you see?
Did you run the akmod command?
Also please answer all my questions above.
You have only answer (indirectly) one of my questions.
And finally did you do this?
It’s detailed in the rpmfusion nvidia documentation.
I have never deal with nvidia before please

I apologize for the delay, but there is no mention of the Nvidia 930 MX. I am not trying to achieve high performance. If there are other repositories I can rely on, that would be better. I did a complete reinstallation of the tools, but it still doesn’t work.
Even i downloaded another desktop environment but not work
The 930 MX was released 9 years ago according to Wikipedia.
I’m not sure which driver you will need.
Suggest you start a new topic titled “Which driver do I need for the nvidia 930 mx?” so that people in the know should see the topic.
I downloaded the official drivers from NVIDIA, but all I got was the cursor that goes and comes, and it is updated.
The drivers from nvidia.com typically cause more problems than they solve.
The rpmfusion developers take the nvidia drivers and make sure they will work with Fedora.
But for very old GPUs Nvidia drops support meaning that only old drivers can be used as the newer driver are missing code to support the old GPUs.
I looked 930MX was released in 2016 so these commands should be the right ones:
sudo dnf update -y
sudo dnf install akmod-nvidia
sudo dnf install xorg-x11-drv-nvidia-cuda
/I will take the difficult decision /remove all
