Is deepin broken in Fedora?

I have tried to install the Deepin desktop environment, but seems broken.

Some windows don’t have the buttons on the top left corner to close/minimize them (they lack the upper bar altogether) and cannot be moved around.

The launcher frequently crashes.

Do you experience that too?

Please try to log in with a new user to see if you experience the same problem.

If you have same problems, would be good if you give some information’s like
inxi -Fzx to help debug.
