Hi Christopher,

I forgot to mention that the package “libvirt-daemon-config-network” would be required, otherwise the issue will not solve.
So, I’m summarizing the two step solution below:

  1. sudo dnf install libvirt-daemon-config-network
  2. sudo systemctl enable virtnetworkd.service
