Integrated Camera Detected but Not Working Issue

Hi Everyone. I have been trying to fix this issue for days. I’m on Thinkpad X230 with the camera and IR cam working last week and then I start distrohopping. Each time, I do it with clean install. Then I realized that my integrated camera just stopping working all of a sudden. Now, I’m back at Fedora, the last know distro that my cam works. Still just a black screen in both Cheese and Guvcview

I also use webcamtests.com. It detect my camera but keep loading for input forever.
Anyhelp is extremely appreciated. I’m so frustrated now and consider to try Windows10 which not my preferrence at all.
