We are starting to collect quite a few things here, and it seems to get more and more.
howto is for more loose guides for whatever we think makes sense. These should often land in the quick docs some time.
The common issues are to my knowledge about recent known bugs.
I saw the discourse integration on the website is already really nice.
Adding these categories could help.
So you are asking for links to howto and Common Issues to be added to Help → User Guides?

Note that the current tag-only solution works, but has some issues. It can be used with proposed-howto as a first tag, and howto only once it was accepted. The posts can also be set as wiki posts which allows edits for TL2+ users afaik.
Just let me know (or file a MR) if you want something changed. Those menus aren’t difficult to update.
