Installing AMD Redeon RS230 in Fedora 31

ON a Fresh install of Fedora31, all DNF updates have Run and it works well with my new AMD RADEON RS230 Graphics Card BUT, Periodicaly, the Screen just blacks out - I have suspended the “power saving” feature that Blanks the scren so it is not that
So I decided to try and find the Correct RPM driver install. But I can find nothing that helps…
I did find a post that sugegsted using sudo dnf install dnfdragora and search for AMDGPU…But even that returns with nothing…

So, can anyone offer any advice please…I am looking for the RPM install for mt RADEON RS230 card…Or any advice on why my screen keeps blacking out…( it returns after a couple of minutes MAX )

Thanks in advance

So.I went to the AMD website, downloaded the suggested file…which once expanded turned out to be a .run file

./AMD-Catalyst-15.9-Linux-installer-15.201.1151-x86.x86_64.run

Set it up and executed the file only to receive the following werror message

error: Detected X Server version 'XServer _64a' is not supported. Supported versions are X.Org 6.9 or later, up to XServer 1.10 (default:v2:x86_64:lib:XServer _64a:none:5.3.13-300.fc31.x86_64:)
Installation will not proceed.

To some extents, I am glad it failed…Surely I am better using an RPM file so it gets updated with Kernal updates no ?
Also…the x-server ? Have I bought a Card to old to work with ease with newer releases of Fedora ?
Serves me right for only spending £50 I suppose…but wqorth a chance…

any help / ideas fratrfully received and thanks in advance

Ahh…so the .run file shold call the RPM file from a AMD Server I suppose… but…
