Installation and use of a gnome extension - gnome-shell-extension-mycroft

hi,

I try to install the gnome-extension gnome-shell-extension-mycroft. but without success. it has worked in the past ( fedora 29 ).
do someone now where I can start looking where it goes wrong ? logfiles ?
the only feedback from the extension is this screenshot:

So, gnome-software does not list the extension? Can you please find the extension on GNOME Shell Extensions first and then we can try to debug the issue here?

yes it is listed in GNOME Shell Extensions. Mycroft AI Assistant.
I have installed from the GNOME Shell Extentions portal.

OK, so it’s installed. Have you set it up etc as explained here?
