I’m using GNOME 3.38.1 on Fedora 33. Can I install a repository that will allow me to install GNOME Shell Extensions using GNOME Software. Or, according to this page “there is also a plugin available for GNOME Software that allows you to browse and install extensions directly from the desktop.” Thank you in advance.

That plugin was removed from GNOME Software:

Thank you. Another question. I use Web as my default browser so the integration with the website doesn’t work. What are the other recommended ways of installing shell extensions without installing another browser?

GNOME Web doesn’t support the GNOME Shell Extensions site at the moment:
Frankly speaking, every time I tried to use Epiphany as my default browser, I failed due to lack of functionality.
