Install MC in SilverBlue 30

Sorry, I do not quite understand how to put mc (GNU Midnight Commander)
thank.

Short answer: rpm-ostree install mc

Long answer: please have a read here to understand a bit better how Silverblue works and which choices you have to install software on the system: Getting Started :: Fedora Docs

You could, for instance, create a toolbox container and install mc in there.

Sorry, I did not quite put it right.
Those. it turns out that the usual file manager should be installed only in the base image.

Thank.

P.S. I also read in FAQ that there are no ways to find out what packages are there to install into the base image except for: $ toolbox run dnf search

Is it still like that?

So far rpm-ostree cannot search, therefore that is the best way to search for rpms IMO.

Many thanks for the replies.
