Welcome to the community! Glad to have you participate.
However, your post & question do not give us any information to help. What version of fedora?
Please post the complete output of the “dnf update” command (including the command line). Snippets of text do not allow an analysis of the problem.
i am using fedora 34
[sudo] password for superalkalinedroid:
Last metadata expiration check: 0:51:52 ago on Fri 30 Jul 2021 10:37:24 PM IST.
Dependencies resolved.
Nothing to do.
Complete!
sudo dnf repolist; sudo dnf --refresh upgrade
It still returns the same, is the resolved dependencies line common?.. i mean does it usually occur even if something is not wrong
Did you run the command(s) suggested by vgaetera?
Please post the output of both here so we have information that might help to answer your question.
At least for the fedora packages you can also take look at Fedora Updates System and see what has been updated recently.
Clean all caches if the issue persists:
sudo dnf clean all
