I don't know if this is a bug or intentional but I think gnome software is automatically updating my Fedora Silverblue system?

Ever since updating to Fedora 38 Silverblue it seems like gnome software automatically installs my system updates, I had staged updates enabled via the “/etc/rpm-ostreed.conf” and the “rpm-ostreed-automatic.timer” but I’ve disabled that and it still seems like the updates are happening.

I think Gnome SW does do that automatically. At least check for them, and normally at start up. The setting would be one of the gnome-session commands I would think.
