How to Stop Microphone Volume Auto-Adjustment?

Hello Fedora community,

I’m using Fedora 41 on Wayland, and my microphone volume keeps automatically adjusting itself. I would like to disable this behavior to keep the input volume constant.

If any more information is required, I will provide it!

Question: How can I stop the microphone input volume from auto-adjusting and have full manual control over it?

what apps you are using might be app side settings

Hi! Thank you for your response. I was using “Jitsi Meet” in the browser, but this issue occurs in all my applications, including “Google Meet” in the browser and Discord (Flatpak image).
