I noticed dnf info krfb linked to the wrong URL in Fedora 41, so I filed RHBZ bug 2349519. @dreua fixed the krb.spec file 9 months ago
! So I can close the bug as FIXED
.
But there’s no bug resolution of FIXED, even though the RHBZ docs say there is (figure here) and AIs tell me to use this. The RHBZ docs do not document the available resolutions, but I found a table of Resolution values for the CLOSED status in the “Using Bugzilla” quick docs. The resolutions aren’t in the order RHBZ displays them, but the table seems complete.
However, I’m still not sure how to mark this bug fixed. It seems I have to choose a resolution according to which branch it was reported in and where it was fixed (Rawhide, stable, or final release); I have no idea what to use. All I know is it’s fixed in Fedora 43. I guess this matches ”ERRATA” — “Indicates a bug is fixed in a stable release.”, but if so ERRATA seems a poor name to use. Why not use “FIXED” for this resolution, as the web and AI and the RHBZ docs think it already is?
