How to fix weird SDDM if Nix installed on Fedora?

Hello anyone.
I have some silly problems with SDDM. My problems is my user picture not appeared if I install Nix on my system. If I remove Nix on my system, SDDM can display my picture profile as usual. You can see it in this pict. I take it from my phone camera.

If I remove it from my system, profile picture can show properly like this.

Can it fixed? I think installing Nix not ruin SDDM et all. Thanks for your help

Hi Anif(?),

Just out of pure curiosity, why Nix?

If just for package management alone, try installing dnfdragora … and see what you think.

Hehehe I want using Nix because I want to apply some Nix-based configuration like Home Manager, or adding package outside using DNF if isn’t available in Fedora or added Copr in my system. Before I comeback using Fedora again, I use NixOS and I get declarative style benefits. I not interesting with dnfdragora because it just a GUI app to managing system packages.

Ahhh … Ok …

Interesting, I have the same issue with the changed SDDM theme.

But did not install nix. Something is odd, would be good to find the cause.

Maybe something with /etc/environment or bash? Or maybe user account changes?

Maybe journalctl -b -g sddm could give something
