SDDM layout broken after system-upgrade

As well as the problems with my locales, SDDM suddenly has a different display-layout, than it should have, since the system-upgrade to Fedora 38.

You can reset the sddm layout in System Settings->Startup & Shutdown->Login Screen(SDDM)

Didn’t fix it.

Can you explain what is wrong with it more specifically?

Both of my displays are in the wrong order. The left virtual display is on the right physical monitor and the right display is on the left monitor.

I also had a keyboard setting problem in sddm after a fresh install: impossible to switch from EN keyboard to FR.
