How do I put my picture up instead of just a cyan round B?

Update: From your profile page, Edit Profile|Change Avatar, now sends you to libavatar.com where you have to create an account, permit them to use your Fedoraproject profile, upload and crop an image. After I devoted the time to do all that, my Fedoraproject avatar remains that green-line thing. I must be new.
It’s libravatar.org, not a commercial (.com) site. Then you click LOGIN, Login with OpenID, and then enter <username>.id.fedoraproject.org (in your case, that would be hpfeil.id.fedoraproject.org).
