How do I create fedora iso inside toolbox?

Trying to create a custom iso inside toolbox. But I am facing error. Any solution? Or do I need fedora workstation for it? I am using Kinoite 37.

$ sudo rpm-ostree compose tree --unified-core --repo=$(pwd)/repo        $(pwd)/workstation-ostree-config/fedora-silverblue.yaml

Just try using the host system.It should work
