How create Custom Fedora Live CD?

Hello.I want to make based on Fedora Distro,but I don’t have any make Live CD knowledge.And I want to custom default wallpaper,add some GNOME Extensions,remove something unnecessary packages on my custom Fedora Live CD.Can you help me?
